We want you to know exactly what the project will look like. We’ll never pressure you by saying the great price we offer is only good for tonight. Don’t be fooled by the buy one get one deals – even after you’ve been given your “free windows” our pricing will be less. Need some time to think over the project? We understand that, our quotes are generally good for 30 days. All quotes are handled by either Tom or Matt Dawson, we don’t have commissioned sales staff.
THE DIFFERENCE
In many cases other window companies are quoting the same windows we sell, but may have a different name. This is called private labeling. We do not change the name of the window to allow you to research and compare the ratings from the different window manufacturers that we sell. Without the TV and radio ads and commissioned sales staff we’re able to offer the same product as our competitors for less. We are also much more involved in the installation process than many of our competitors. Most companies turn the installation over to a labor company. Not us – all of our installations are handled by our factory trained crews that work directly for us. This ensures the job is done right and our customers are satisfied. We also offer a 5 year labor warranty along with the lifetime manufacturer warranty.
