Tom Dawson, the owner, came out within a few days of my call and gave me my options, without any sales pressure. It took about six weeks for the windows to come in, just as he had advised me. He also told me that it would probably take 2-3 days to complete the installation. John, Eddy, and Chris completed the work within 2 days. Not only were they professional, they were very thorough. I am so happy with the quality of the windows and quality of the installation that I ordered a replacement door from them. I can’t wait to have that installed!
